We are not responsible for suspensions, restrictions, or enforcement actions taken by Amazon that are outside our reasonable control.
Our services are billed on a flat monthly management fee, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Inventory costs, Amazon fees, advertising costs, and related expenses are not included in the management fee and are paid directly by you
Payments must be made on time to avoid service interruption
We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable prior notice.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Amazon Wholesale results vary based on inventory budget, market conditions, supplier availability, and Amazon policies
We do not guarantee profits, sales volume, Buy Box ownership, or account approval
Past performance or examples are not guarantees of future results
All estimates, calculators, and projections shown on our website are illustrative only.
All website content, branding, processes, documentation, and materials provided by We Do Amazon are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the Service without prior written consent.
You may provide business information, documents, and account data (“Client Content”) necessary for service delivery.
By providing Client Content, you grant We Do Amazon permission to use such information solely to operate, manage, and improve your Amazon Wholesale store.
You confirm that you have the legal right to share this information and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
Our Service relies on third-party platforms, including Amazon, suppliers, logistics providers, and software tools.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the total management fees paid by you during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge that Amazon Wholesale involves business risk and that results are not guaranteed.
Either party may terminate the service with written notice as outlined in your service agreement.

You breach these Terms
Payments are not made
Continued service would violate Amazon policies or applicable law
Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain payable.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless We Do Amazon, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Your Amazon seller account activities
Violation of Amazon policies
Breach of these Terms
Inaccurate or unlawful information provided by you
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
